While this seems fun and open-minded, this also strikes me as a bit of a problem with your sexual relationship. While I am not opposed to swinging or sharing, I think it should be done only when the relationship is VERY secure and very open. If he has trouble getting an erection with you, but has no trouble when he is sharing you, then my suggestion would be to start talking about this sharing.
