Making it last?

I have a question. I know your not a doctor but I want to know the reason I can't last longer when making love to my wife? It seems that times I can last longer than others or whenever she gets on top. Do you have anything I can take to help make it last?

There are a variety of tips & techniques to make the experience last longer, some methods more drastic than others. Here are a few suggestions:

1. Try a ring. There are rings of all shapes and styles that are designed to help maintain erections. For ease of use and comfort, I usually recommend the stretchy silicone rings, which will stretch like mad and snap back to hold pretty firmly. I was also pleased with the rings that you cut to fit, though I always warn customers to be conservative in the cutting and try it on a few times before going crazy with the scissors.

2. Things like 'Mr. Prolong' cream or 'Sta Hard' cream are usually pretty effective in decreasing the sensitivity and preventing orgasm, but sometimes they also have the drastic effect of making you lose your erection. Seems to me that cumming a bit fast would be the lesser of the two evils here. They will also numb your partner a bit, unless used under a condom.

3. Speaking of condoms, they are pretty effective in decreasing sensitivity and helping with this problem. They also generally restrict blood flow, so can sometimes help in maintaining an erection if you achieve the proper balance of fit and thickness (the thickness of the condom, I mean).

4. Position can be very critical in how long you last, as each position can have a direct impact on sensitivity. Try positions that don't quite give you the stimulation needed to orgasm.

5. Keep in mind that the second orgasm is generally a lot less easy to achieve than the first. Have the first orgasm and then start over!
